How do I register for the conference?
To register, visit the conference website and select the ticket type that best fits your needs. Complete the registration form with your details, then submit your order. Once your registration is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket and next steps.
How can I register for the event?

How can I convince my manager that I should attend?
We’ve got you! Download this letter to help show your manager all the benefits of joining VantaCon this year.
I can’t make it in-person. Is there a virtual option?
Yes! A portion of the event will be made available to view and participate in virtually. You can register for the virtual event via the “Register now” button and selecting the virtual option. To attend virtually is free.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are nonrefundable per registration terms & conditions. In most cases we can transfer your ticket to another guest if you are no long able to make it. Please reach out vantaconsupport@vanta.com

What is the date and location of the event?
November 12, 2026 at Convene 100 Stockton in San Francisco. There is optional product training on November 11, 2026.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, we will have a room block at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco available to book soon. Stay tuned!
Is parking available at Convene 100 Stockton?
Street parking is available, though limited. Pay to park options include Sutter-Stockton Garage, Union Square Garage and Ellis-O’Farrell Garage. We also encourage attendees to take public transpirations and Uber.
Will you have a bag check?
Yes, a bag check will be available. Space is limited so we encourage you to store luggage at the hotel.
Is the venue accessible (wheelchair access, hearing assistance, etc.)?
Yes, please note any accessibility requirements when registering.
CPE
How do I receive CPEs for attending VantaCon sessions?
VantaCon is offering 2.0 CPE credits for the conference. To qualify, you must attend at least four breakout sessions. Attendance will be verified by badge scanning at the entrance of each session, and will be required to scan again upon exit. Partial credit will not be awarded.
How do I receive CPEs for attending Vanta Training Day?
This training qualifies for 4.0 CPE credits. To earn credit, you must attend one morning session and one afternoon session. Attendance will be verified by badge scanning at entry and upon exit. Partial credit will not be awarded.
