The challenge

Every deal required SOC 2—but doing it wrong would cost months of growth

Hyperbound sells into enterprise organizations where security review is a hard gate, not a formality. With customers including teams of 20,000+ sales reps across industries such as pharma and manufacturing, SOC 2 Type II was a baseline requirement. Without it, Hyperbound couldn’t sell.

What Hyperbound tried first: Hyperbound initially considered handling compliance in-house by manually collecting evidence, pulling AWS screenshots, and navigating SOC 2 without dedicated security resources.
