Last fall, we expanded our international presence with a European headquarters in Dublin. Since then, our customer base in Europe has grown rapidly and we’ve scaled our investments across the product and business to accelerate our momentum in the region.
Today we’re excited to announce the opening of our new EU data centre, in addition to launching localised product features, updated policy frameworks, and an expanded partner ecosystem. Together, these investments will enable us to better serve Vanta customers in Europe.
Vanta’s EU data centre: Now open and fully operational
As we continue expanding our global footprint and supporting increasingly larger organisations with more complex security and compliance needs, we want to ensure customers have more control over where their data is stored.
With Vanta’s new data centre, customers in Europe have a new option for meeting internal policies on data storage location and regulatory requirements. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, our EU data centre is already up and running and operated by Amazon Web Services.

Better serving customers in Europe
In addition to opening our EU data centre, we’re also excited to announce the rollout of localised product capabilities and support, plus an expanded partner ecosystem in Europe.
- Localised product experience: Vanta customers can now access pre-built policies, security awareness training, and email and Slack notifications in French, Spanish, German, and English. This way, companies can onboard employees and stay up to date with Vanta in their language of choice.
- Local technical support: At Vanta, we aim to put customers first. To better serve customers based in Europe and resolve issues in a timely manner, we now offer timezone-aligned technical support Monday through Friday, including local holidays.
- Updated ISO 27001 framework: Reflecting the latest changes in ISO 27001:2022, we’ve also updated our ISO 27001 framework, the leading information security standard globally. This ensures that customers are getting certified against the latest version while giving previously certified customers ample time to transition to the new version by October 31, 2025.
- Expanded partner ecosystem: We’ve also added new partners with local experience and knowledge of country-specific challenges, giving Vanta customers in Europe more options and flexibility as they navigate the complex security and compliance environment. Over the past year, we’ve grown our European partner network of vCISOs, Managed Services Providers, and auditors significantly and plan to more than 10x our network this year.
