Streamlined offboarding with automated deprovisioning
Offboarding is now a first-class workflow in Vanta’s Access Management suite.
With a new, dedicated offboarding experience, teams can centralize employee offboarding in one place and automatically deprovision access for supported systems—while assigning and tracking tasks for everything else. Vanta captures ownership, status, and an audit trail automatically, helping teams reduce risk and prove access was removed when it matters most.

Smarter questionnaire automation with Questionnaire Automation insights
Questionnaire Automation now comes with built-in intelligence to help teams trust automation and know exactly where to focus review.
Vanta now highlights gaps in your knowledge base based on real questionnaire history, flags conflicting or duplicated answers, and surfaces responses that need closer attention. Instead of reviewing everything the same way, teams can prioritize fixes, strengthen coverage, and move faster with confidence.


Available in public preview in January.
Faster vendor reviews with automated evidence collection
Security reviews don’t have to stall on document chasing.
Vanta’s new automated evidence collection experience helps teams instantly see what evidence exists in a vendor’s trust center. This starts with Vanta Trust Centers and expands to external providers. Reviewers can request access, understand required steps like NDAs, and import available documents directly into the review workflow.


Generally available for Vanta Trust Centers in January.
Vendor AI answers now generally available
Vendor questionnaires just got faster.
With Vendor AI Answers, vendors can review and submit AI-prefilled answers backed by evidence while buyers stay in control. Answers are clearly labeled, vendors can edit or accept them, and responses lock once submitted to create a stable, auditable record. The result is less back-and-forth and faster completion without sacrificing trust.
