Vanta’s new information request lists (IRL) feature makes it easier than ever for auditors to integrate their existing workflows directly into the platform. By uploading their own IRLs, auditors can standardize and streamline evidence collection across multiple clients without needing to recreate processes from scratch. This gives your clients the exact evidence requests needed for an audit, making it easier for them to prepare and ensure a seamless audit experience.  

A key advantage of this feature with Vanta is the ability to define upload windows, ensuring that evidence is submitted at the right time—not too early, not too late. Auditors can set due dates for each request, triggering automated reminders that keep clients on track and reduce the need for manual follow-ups.
