Now in its second year, Customer Week is our annual celebration of the incredible achievements of Vanta customers who drive trust, security, and compliance beyond the standard. We had so many memorable moments during the celebration this year—we couldn’t even pack everything into a single week!

Over the past month, we highlighted customer success stories, shared thoughtful insights, and honored excellence with our first-ever Vanta 25 to Trust awards program. We also had some fun sharing the love for our customers on Valentine’s Day—with security-themed candy hearts and Valentine's Day cards (eat your heart out, Hallmark). 

All of these moments helped showcase what makes our customers truly exceptional. Here are some highlights of our festivities and a bit more about how we celebrated the leaders shaping the future of GRC and security.

Honoring excellence with The Vanta 25 to Trust

This year, we honored 25 exceptional individuals as part of our first-ever Vanta 25 to Trust awards. This program recognized individuals across five categories, celebrating their leadership and innovation in GRC and security. Winners were nominated by peers and then hand-selected by a group of industry experts: Jason Chan, former VP of Information Security at Netflix; David Rosenthal, Co-Founder and Co-Host of the Acquired podcast; and Jadee Hanson, CISO at Vanta. 

Our inaugural class of 25 to Trust includes the brightest minds from industry-leading companies like Ironclad, Duolingo, Miro, Sierra.ai, and more. Learn more about our exceptional winners here.

Spotlighting customer success stories

During Customer Week, we proudly announced that Vanta now supports 10,000 customers worldwide. We spotlighted a few of those amazing customers during our Customer Week celebrations with impactful stories and inspiring events.

We hosted a live AMAA session featuring Mandy Matthew, Senior Security Risk Program Manager at Duolingo, and Divya Singh, Senior Director of Compliance and Privacy at Chegg Inc. They spoke with Vanta CISO Jadee Hanson and shared expert insights about embracing continuous security practices, strategically choosing your next frameworks and certification, and building a scalable security program that reinforces confidence in your business. We also debuted a series of new case studies and videos. We shared stories from leading companies like Ramp, WorkJam, ShipBob, and Atlassian that showcased the value of collaboration and the measurable impact our customers achieve with Vanta.

Sharing the love on Valentine’s Day 

It’s no secret that we like to have a little fun, and Vanta’ns love some good puns. That’s why, on Valentine’s Day, we shared our love for customers in our own special way. A group of hand-selected customers and community members received security-themed candy hearts, and our Vanta’ns took over Linkedin with punny digital Valentine’s cards. 

Continuing the celebration 

At Vanta, customers are at the core of everything we do. One of our guiding principles is to "put customers first" and ensure that what we build and how it’s built is driven first and foremost by customer needs. It’s one of the reasons we’ve secured wins across multiple categories in the G2 2025 Best Software Awards (including #1 GRC product)—based on real user ratings and feedback. 

Although our official Customer Week programming has wrapped, the celebration of our customers continues. In the weeks ahead, we’ll continue to share more stories and insights from The Vanta 25 to Trust winners and other standout customers, ensuring their achievements inspire the broader GRC and security community.

Setup access review procedures
  • Define a global access review procedure that stakeholders can follow, ensuring consistency and mitigation of human error in reviews
  • Set your access review frequency (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and working period/deadlines
Consolidate account access data from systems
  • Integrate systems using dozens of pre-built integrations, or “connectors”. System account and HRIS data is pulled into Vanta.
  • Upcoming integrations include Zoom and Intercom (account access), and Personio (HRIS)

  • View and select systems in-scope for the review
Review, approve, and deny user access

  • Manual evidence of remediation can be uploaded for non-integrated systems
Report and re-evaluate results
  • Auditor can log into Vanta to see history of all completed access reviews
  • Internals can see status of reviews in progress and also historical review detail
