Introducing Trustpage by Vanta

New US Data Privacy framework for CCPA, CPRA, and all US state privacy laws

Vanta now offers an exclusive US Data Privacy (USDP) framework that helps customers streamline their consumer privacy practices.
This all-encompassing framework allows customers to attest to any current and future US privacy laws, including California’s new CPRA, and new consumer privacy laws in Connecticut, Colorado, Utah, and Virginia. For customers who are considering adding CCPA, USDP will be available in lieu of CCPA. If you’re a current CCPA customer, contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more about migration options.

Two-way Monday.com Integration

Vanta now supports a two-way integration with Monday.com.
Tasks created within Vanta can now be automatically pushed into Monday.com as items, allowing for quick remediation and minimal disruption of your team’s workflows. In addition, users can assign item owners and update item statuses within Monday.com, which is automatically pulled into Vanta.

Employee Slack Notifications

Vanta can now prompt employees to complete security tasks through Slack notifications.
Security task reminders in Slack contain a list of security tasks that need to be completed as well as the link to those tasks on the employee onboarding page. This allows employees to use a trusted communication tool and can supplement email notifications, helping you meet your security SLAs.

Six new integrations: Swifteam, AccessOwl, Auth0, and more

Vanta now connects with Swifteam for MDM integration and AccessOwl to build a document upload integration, ensuring that Vanta supports technologies that our customers use.
We’ve also added four more access integrations to our portfolio: Auth0, Cloudflare, Hubspot, and Zendesk. These Access only integrations allow customers that use Vanta’s Access Reviews product to automatically and continuously monitor access in even more tools, without logging into respective admin portals.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Organization support

Vanta can now connect to all of a customer’s GCP projects at once by linking their GCP organization.
Easily specify which projects within the organization are in scope and out of scope, and Vanta will automatically pull all in scope projects from that organization. Vanta also detects and fetches new projects in GCP as they are created and displays which projects have been successfully fetched versus those that have failed, as well as the reason for the failure.

PCI Compliance Selection Guide
Determine Your PCI Compliance Level
If your organization processes, stores, or transmits cardholder data, you must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a global mandate created by major credit card companies. Compliance is mandatory for any business that accepts credit card payments.
When establishing strategies for implementing and maintaining PCI compliance, your organization needs to understand what constitutes a Merchant or Service Provider, and whether a Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) or Report on Compliance (ROC) is most applicable to your business.
Answer a few short questions and we’ll help identify your compliance level.
Does your business offer services to customers who are interested in your level of PCI compliance?
Identify your PCI SAQ or ROC level
The PCI Security Standards Council has established the below criteria for Merchant and Service Provider validation. Use these descriptions to help determine the SAQ or ROC that best applies to your organization.
Good news! Vanta supports all of the following compliance levels:
A SAQ A is required for Merchants that do not require the physical presence of a credit card (like an eCommerce, mail, or telephone purchase). This means that the Merchant’s business has fully outsourced all cardholder data processing to PCI DSS compliant third party Service Providers, with no electronic storage, processing, or transmission of any cardholder data on the Merchant’s system or premises.
Get PCI DSS certified
A SAQ A-EP is similar to a SAQ A, but is a requirement for Merchants that don't receive cardholder data, but control how cardholder data is redirected to a PCI DSS validated third-party payment processor.

A SAQ D includes over 200 requirements and covers the entirety of PCI DSS compliance. If you are a Service Provider, a SAQ D is the only SAQ you’re eligible to complete.
Use our PCI checklist
A Report on Compliance (ROC) is an annual assessment that determines your organization’s ability to protect cardholder data. If you’re a Merchant that processes over six million transactions annually or a Service Provider that processes more than 300,000 transactions annually, your organization is responsible for both a ROC and an Attestation of Compliance (AOC).
