We closed out 2023 by rolling out more enhancements to the Vanta platform, including Updates to Automated Tests, 8 new integrations, GDPR with EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and more:

Updates to Automated Tests
We’ve improved the way our customers can view and get additional context into tests within Vanta.
We’ve added a Test source data widget that surfaces all the API requests and raw fetched data that goes into a test — making it easier for admins to contextualize and remediate. We’ve also refreshed the Test details page for autopass tests, adding a new Pass by default banner that gives additional context into what these tests are, why they exist, as well as links to additional documentation.
Eight new integrations: OpenAI, Ashby, NinjaOne…
Last month, we released eight new integrations, from Access-only integrations to mobile device management (MDM).
Access Reviews customers now have additional systems for access-only integrations, including OpenAI, Ashby, and Peripass. We’ve also added ManageEngine and NinjaOne as MDM integrations. For integration requests, whether you want to integrate with your in-house tools or an unsupported vendor, please fill out the integrations feedback form.
GDPR with EU-US Data Privacy Framework
Vanta now supports the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
An add-on to GDPR, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework is meant for companies based in the United States that process data of citizens of the European Union. Before the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, companies had to implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — a time-consuming process. GDPR with EU-US Data Privacy helps these companies self-attest, meaning they no longer have to implement the SCCs with their customers for them to transfer data to them legally.

Updates to Vendor Risk Management
We shipped new improvements to Vendor Risk Management, including Vanta AI Custom Templates and PDF Exports of Security Review Summaries.
Customers of Vendor Risk Management can now use Vanta AI to upload custom security review questions for Vanta AI to automatically answer, as well as create multiple templates for different use cases. Additionally, we’ve added the ability to export PDFs of security review results to share with stakeholders.

Updates to Trust Center
Vanta Trust Center received significant improvements, including Trust Center Updates, Bulk Download, Domain Blocklist, Default Access Expiration, and NDA Data Export.
Trust Center viewers can now view and subscribe to updates on a given Trust Center and download a .zip file of all accessible files. Trust Center customers can add and remove domains to a blocklist which automatically denies access requests and subscriptions from email domains that might be competitors or spam. Additionally, they can set up a default expiration for access requests and export NDA data to be exported in a CSV.
Bulk actions in Risk Register
Users of Vanta’s Risk Management solution can now select, assign owners, approve, and archive their risk scenarios in bulk with just one click.
Bulk actions in Risk Register allow for increased efficiency when updating multiple risk scenarios. These actions only apply to risk scenarios in which the user has permission to edit, reducing the risk of user error.
