Vanta’s Talent Acquisition Team has partnered with BreakLine to help increase our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in our employment recruiting efforts. The partnership began in late 2021 and has already been successful in helping us hire amazing talent.

BreakLine’s mission is to help diverse candidates pivot into compelling careers in tech. BreakLine offers classes and training to help prepare candidates for these roles and their new career paths. Some of the various program options include BreakLine Apex, which is designed for people of color, BreakLine Mavens, which focuses on people who identify as women, and BreakLine Veterans, created for military veterans.

Consolidate account access data from systems	Integrate systems using dozens of pre-built integrations, or “connectors”. System account and HRIS data is pulled into Vanta. Upcoming integrations include Zoom and Intercom (account access), and Personio (HRIS) Upload access files from non-integrated systems View and select systems in-scope for the review
