Vanta celebrated Women’s History Month by recognizing all of our women leaders across the company. We’re proud to have a diverse company led by our Founder and CEO Christina Cacioppo.

La Casa de Las Madres fundraiser

We had a month-long fundraiser for La Casa de Las Madres. La Casa is a community organization that offers empowering services to women, teens, and children exposed to and at risk of abuse. They provide clinical and peer-based support pathways aimed at affecting change and breaking the cycle of violence. La Casa was nominated by one of our Vantan’s and we are honored to contribute to their mission.

Iconic women: Can you name them?

For International Women’s Day, we held a company-wide game via Slack centered around iconic women in history, including Gertrude Boyle, Mary Church Terrell, Maya Lin, Margaret Sanger, and more. The winners won prizes from these women-owned small businesses:

Avonow goodie boxes

We partnered with Avonow to deliver gift boxes to our Vantan’s. The boxes were filled with goodies from a variety of women-owned businesses.

Q&A with Vanta’s CEO

Christina held an internal Q&A for our Vantan’s. We got to learn more about her background and growing up in Ohio. She also discussed how she got into tech, women who inspire her, and her favorite wine.

To continue celebrating, we asked some of our Vantan’s to tell us about a woman that inspires them and to share their experiences being a woman at Vanta. We put together the following video with their responses.
