Report on Compliance (ROC)
The Report on Compliance (ROC) is an annual assessment performed by an external Qualified Security Assessor, applicable to both Merchants and Service Providers. The criteria for who must complete a ROC is determined by individual card brand operating rules, or an entity’s Merchant Bank or Acquirer.
