We’re excited to share that Vanta was recognized on Comparably’s 2022 list of top 100 small and medium-sized businesses with the “Best Company Outlook.”

Comparably, a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform, created the list based on employee feedback submitted over the past year. Companies in this category were ranked based on the following criteria:

How confident employees feel about the future success of their company
How likely they are to recommend a friend for employment
How excited they are to go to work

Vanta ranked number 56 on the list, but a deeper dive of the data reveals more. Vanta received an A+ rating based on 18 culture metrics. We’re also placed in the top five percent of similar-sized companies for employees who prioritize values such as team culture, CEO rating, and company outlook.

This recognition follows a year of steady success and rapid growth. Vanta tripled its employee headcount last year. And to meet growing demand for our services, we plan to continue expanding the company throughout 2022.
